The BALLE Shift Capital Summit – an annual, invite-only gathering – is a must for anyone who is passionate about building an economy that works for all. This year’s gathering will take place November 14-16 at Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove, CA where funders, investors and community leaders will discuss our role in shifting capital to local communities.
Dana Kawaoka-Chen, Executive Director of Justice Funders, will be a mainstage speaker on a panel conversation about how to engage every asset available — leveraging natural, social, and financial capital — to resource solutions that address the scale of problems we all face.
The BALLE Shift Capital Summit agenda will also offer sessions like “Reimagining Our Political Economy” and “The New Majority,” led by voices such as Edgar Villaneuva (Decolonizing Wealth), Larry Kramer (Hewlett Foundation), Morgan Simon (Real Impact), Anne Price (Insight Center), Anne Marie Burgoyne (Emerson Collective), and Ben Hecht (Living Cities).
