Justice Funders is excited to announce that we are seeking a Network Director.
The Network Director is responsible for building and nurturing the Bay Area Justice Funders Network, a regional community for learning and action where funders committed to justice learn from and with like-minded funders committed to turning values into practice, take collective action to mobilize philanthropic resources in support of grassroots movements for justice, and gain the knowledge and skills necessary to accelerate a Just Transition for philanthropy.
The primary roles of this position are to: 1) recruit and retain individual and institutional dues-paying members of the Bay Area Justice Funders Network through 1-on-1 relationship building; 2) create and implement learning opportunities for philanthropy to embrace a Just Transition; and 3) engage and organize philanthropies to be responsive to movement conditions and priorities.

Justice Funders is excited to announce that we are seeking a Co-Director of Leadership Programs.
This position is part of a two-person team responsible for co-designing, managing, and growing Justice Funders’ Harmony and Maestra programming including, for the Harmony Initiative: (1) leading a leadership development cohort of grantmakers comprised of several multi-day retreats and related cohort support [individual coaching, peer and affinity groups] and (2) designing and leading a new alumni program to engage over 100 former Harmony cohort participants.
For the Maestra Initiative responsibilities will include: (1) leading programming that supports philanthropic leadership in applying the Resonance Framework; (2) developing Maestra alumni programming; (3) establishing and nurturing relationships and building with movements creating a regenerative economy; and, (4) amplifying efforts of regenerative movements and redistributive practices in philanthropy across the broader field of philanthropy.
